Memorial Day Weekend!

We have had one terrific weekend!! First of all I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all of our service men and women!

*Friday*

The Hubby smoked some tenderloin and potatoes at my parents house and it was sooo yummy!

*Saturday*

We really didn't do much at all. It was nice to sit around and relax some!

*Sunday*

I sang the National Anthem at church in honor of the service men and women. After church we headed to a fish fry with some people Heath has worked with. It was a lot of fun. Sunday night we hung around the house and enjoyed some tv time.

*Monday*

We had a cookout with my family and that was pretty much it.

We had such a relaxing and fun weekend! I hope you all enjoyed yours!

This week I did my couponing again. Here is what I bought.....

• 2 cokes
• 2 Dr. Peppers
• 3 boxes of Mac & Cheese
• 1 bottle of Ajax
• 1 Cottonelle Fresh Wipes
• 1 Degree Men's Deodrant
• 1 Snuggle Dryers Sheets
• 2 packages of Haribo Gummy Bears
• 1 package of Scott Naturals Toilet Paper
• 2 Off insect repellents

I spent $20.81 and saved $27.76. I'm so excited that I did so good this week! I hope I can continue to do this good or even better!

Do you watch the Bachelorette? I'm sooo mad at Bentley. I don't think I'm too wild about Ashley but I can't believe that she doesn't see through Bentley. Oh well, I can't wait to watch next week!

Our Weekend :)

This weekend has been a very long one but it was fun! Friday was the Hubby's 26th birthday!

I made him this cheesecake! (pretty good for the first pie I ever made)!

After we ate a little cheesecake we went out to dinner with some friends to a local mexican resturant, Los 3 Portrillos! It was nice to enjoy some time with friends! They even sang to him at the resturant!

Saturday, I worked at my Mom and Dad's fireworks stand so didn't do anything that night! The Hubby went out with the guys though!

Fourth of July, I spent working at the fireworks stand but, the Hubby shot off some fireworks for us and I was so glad to spend time with my brother since he isn't home very often!

All in all it was a pretty good weekend! Heath had two days off and I didn't get to spend much time with him :( My Mom and I are doing our church's vbs this year so we have been busy doing that this week, which is why my weekend post is late and I missed Top 2 Tuesday :( It's a lot of fun though and will be worth it! Things will slow down soon though, at least I hope!

Weekend Recap....

Hi everyone! Our weekend was pretty good!

Friday- I went to Wild River Country ( a waterpark here) with some friends and a couple of my cousins! It was soo much fun! That night I was give out so I relaxed all evening!

Saturday- I had an audition and made it to ROUND TWO!!! I'm super excited and can't wait till the end of August!! After my audition, I went to a Father's Day cookout with my family! The food was delicious and it was fun! Later that night we hung out with some of our friends and it was a blast as always!

Sunday- I woke up with a terrible headache so I didn't make it to church :( After I got rid of my headache we ate at Genghis Grill! LOVE THAT PLACE!!! It's soo good and I always have a ton of leftovers to eat the rest of the week!

Anyway, that was our weekend! I need to start taking more pictures on the weekends ha! Have a GREAT week everyone!!

Our Anniversary Weekend!

Sunday was our first anniversary! I really can't believe it's already been a year.

Friday- We went out to eat at Logan's Roadhouse. Then Heath took me to get my anniversary gift! I got a brand new camera! It's a Nikon Coolpix S4000 and I LOVE it! All the pictures in this post were taken with it!

Saturday- Heath worked and I went to our annual Vilonia Eagle Fest. It wasn't as good this year but still fun! I then came home and made Baked Ziti for our supper! YUM! We relaxed the rest of the evening!

Sunday (Our Anniversary)- Heath ended up having to work so I went to my little cousin Cooper's 5th birthday! I can't believe he's 5 already!

After the party I headed home to wait on Heath to get home from work. After he got home and cleaned up we headed to Red Lobster for our anniversary dinner!

I had chicken because I don't eat any seafood! I know strange right? Anyway, after our delicious dinner we headed home and relaxed! It was a GREAT first anniversary!

Random Thoughts.....

1. I don't blog enough about my adorable "Fur baby" Holli! She's just so sweet and adorable I love her so much!

2. It's officially June which means our one year anniversary is not far away! I'm so excited I can't believe it's already been a year. Any ideas on what to get the Hubby??

3. I have been wanting some fresh vegatables lately. Like corn on the cob, tomatoes, cucumbers. Hmm.... maybe a trip to the Farmer's Market.

4. It's already Wednesday!!!!! I can't believe it!

5. I need to buy some shorts! It's hot and I only have two pair of shorts! Hopefully, this weekend I can take care of that :)
