Monday Randoms

It's a boring rainy day here so I've been catching up on blogs although I should be cleaning the house ;) I am so tired of the cold weather which means I definitely have spring fever! Any one else feel the same way?

I was sad to hear of Mindy McCready's death last night! I pray for her family during this difficult time. 

In other news, I officially can't wear my jeans anymore. I guess I shouldn't complain much since I'm 25 weeks pregnant and just now can't wear my jeans. It looks like I'll be making a shopping trip soon! I'm looking forward to my doctor appointment next week! I'll try to get a new bump picture up soon!

I have been going to the gym and using the treadmill to get my walking in! It gives me more energy when I walk and can get some exercise. I've also been reading a lot lately, got any good books to read?

I don't really have much more to talk about so I guess that's all for now! I hope you all enjoy your week and maybe I'll be more exciting next time! HA!

Just Hanging Around.....

We haven't been up to much lately which is why I haven't blogged. The Hubby has been working on building model cars and I've been making hair bows for our little miss.

Stay tuned this week I will announce what Little Miss' name is! I turned 25 last week and we had friends over to play games Saturday night to celebrate! I always enjoy having our friends over. My bestie Emily gave me a gift card to Target for my birthday so I picked this up....

I can't wait to try it out! I have the worlds worst straight hair. It only curls good with a chi which I have no clue how to use to curl my hair so I'm hoping this will work!

We go to the Doctor tomorrow to check on little miss. I have a weakness for these cheese sticks from our pizza place! I just can't get enough of them!

Sickness = Lack of Posting

It has been way too long since I've posted! I have been sick and haven't been able to post. 

I came down with a horrible sinus infection and being pregnant it is hard to take medicine. So I finally got some medicine and started to feel better. Unfortunately, since I was already so sick I started getting sick to my stomach Saturday night and couldn't hold anything down all day Sunday. So by Monday I was still sick and called the doctor. They called me in some medicine to make me not get sick and I had to get an IV of fluids since I was a little dehydrated. I am better now and finally starting to gain my energy and strength back. 

I will hopefully be back to my normal posting now. I am getting very anxious to find out if we are having a Boy or a Girl. I have several Facebook friends due around the same time as me and they are starting to find out and now I want to know! My next doctor appointment is November 30th and I will be 13 weeks! 

I am also anxious for Thanksgiving! I love family time and eating! I'm also pretty excited for Black Friday, I am hoping to get most of my Christmas shopping done. I really want to be finished by the end of November, I have quite a list to work on though!

Hello Out There!

Well it has been forever since I have blogged! I just haven't had very much to talk about and I still don't really. I decided I needed to update though for my loyal followers who I'm not sure are even following me anymore. 

I haven't been doing a whole lot lately. The Hubby is off working so it's pretty boring around here right now. Lately I've just been giving my piano and voice lessons, working on Mary Kay, and spending time at home. 

It seems we are expecting some storms tonight so it looks like I'll be staying in with my puppies and enjoying some TV. I'm really loving the new shows Nashville and Chicago Fire. Anyone else watching these? I'm glad I have DVR so I can watch them both since they come on at the same time! 

That's all I have for now I guess. Surely, I'll have some more exciting things to talk about soon. Hope you all are doing well!

Random Thursday

Just thought I'd post an update of how our week is going! Hubby got his stitches out yesterday and gets to go back to work Monday! I'm thankful he actually gets to work close to home for a change. 

It's official I'm looking forward to fall. I can't wait for football, fall scents, pumpkins, and all the great things that come with fall! Fall and Summer are my favorite seasons when Winter comes I just want to hybrinate.

We've just been enjoying the last few weeks of summer. Going to the Hubby's physical therapy, spending time with friends and family, and trying to relax as much as we can!

Blogging from the IPhone!!

Hi all! I'm blogging from my trusty IPhone today! it's been a busy week so far and doesn't look like it's slowing down any! First I want to say thank you for your prayers my Dad is out of the hospital and recovering! Keep him in your prayers as he still has a way to go! It's been a crazy month and I really don't think it will slow down until August! At least I am looking forward to the things to come! Next week starts our vacation bible school and it will sure be a fun and crazy week! Hope you are having a wonderful week! I'll blog more later :)

Oh Where Have I Been!

Sorry I haven't blogged much at all! I know it's terrible of me! I have been so busy lately that I just haven't had the time! In fact I'm blogging on my phone right now! I do have some exciting new adventures to tell you about! I have become an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay and I couldn't be more excited! I hope this adventure brings me happiness and encourages me to do things I normally wouldn't do! I am also in the process of going back to college to get my Music Education degree! So many new and exciting things! However it hasn't all been exciting! My car is finally playing out on me so I am in the process of trying to find a new car! I also smashed my hand in my car door on Monday and broke my finger! :( That has been no fun! Anyway, I will quit rambling on and let you enjoy your Friday! We will be car shopping and going to a graduation this weekend! Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!!

#1 My parents are moving and building a new house!

Life Lately!

I have a lot of updating to do and I hope I still have some followers reading this blog! I have had so much to blog about I just haven't felt like blogging, but I am now and you are in for a random post about the past few weeks!

I picked up this adorable zebra print foot stool at Kirkland's and it now stores all of our games!

A truck ran into the Subway in town and made quite a mess! Luckily no one was hurt and Subway is now finally back to normal!

Last night my Mom and I went to a paint class! It's actually called a paint bar! We painted Razorback pictures and it was so much fun that we will definitely be going back to paint some more things!

I have become in LOVE with my IPhone! Since my Hubby is working out of town we talk on the phone a whole lot! I'm so thankful that we can download apps to see each other while talking and it keeps us connected!

Now on to a more serious subject! If you haven't heard of KONY 2012 you should go on YouTube and check it out! The more people that know the more we can help! It's time to stop Kony!

Super Bowl Weekend!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was pretty good! I started off by winning these incredible Toms shoes in an auction on Thursday night!

So cute they were $54 and I got them for $20!! YAY! So I made sure to pick them up on Friday and I can't wait to wear them with a cute yellow shirt!

Saturday I stayed home! Sweet puppy hasn't been feeling well so we stayed home and relaxed!

Sunday, Super Bowl Day, I woke up feeling terrible, stupid allergies, and since Holli still wasn't feeling well we didn't get out! Hubby had to work so I watched the game with Holli!

I did make some yummy dip to eat! It's dill pickle dip!

Here's the recipe I got it off of Pinterest!

1 8 oz package of Cream Cheese (softened)

3 packages of Corned Beef lunch meat (chopped)

3 tablespoons of Dill Pickle Relish

Mix it all together and spread on some crackers! It's so yummy!

And if you missed my previous post I also went to a Gender Reveal Party Friday night! It looks like I'll be getting a Nephew in July! I'm so excited to get to be an Aunt!

Today was spent giving piano lessons to my sweet students. Tonight I watched The Voice and I am loving that show! Also does anyone else feel like they are trying to make up drama on The Bachelor? I haven't really enjoyed this season! I am excited to watch the next season though, I love that Emily from Brad's Season is going to be the Bachelorette. I love her! It's almost bedtime for me so I hope you all have a wonderful week!

First Monday of 2012!

Today has been a pretty good day! Unfortunately the Hubby had to go back off to work today :( but other then that it's been a good day! Tonight I started on my attempt at crocheting! It's going ok but not as easy as it sounds. I also watched the Bachelor! It looks like it's going to be a very dramatic season! HAHA I just love watching this show! Anyway I just wanted to write a quick post! Hope you all are enjoying the new year!

Oh WOW!

I haven't posted since before Thanksgiving! How terrible of me! I hope I still have some loyal followers! A lot has been going on! I decorated my house for Christmas and I was going to post pics of all my decorations but just decided on the Christmas tree and stockings since I've waited so late!

I have some exciting news! I'm going to be an Aunt! My brother and sis-in-law are expecting a baby! I'm so excited for them! Also, my Husband is getting 3 new siblings! His parents are adopting 3 children and they are just terrific!

As you can see I've been pretty busy! Since I most likely won't be blogging again until after Christmas I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Oh Long Lost Blog!

September turned out to be a not so good month for us so I wasn't able to blog much. October seems to be looking better so far! I hope to do some updating on this little blog. It's kind of getting boring and I think it's time for a change. I just wanted to post a quick note to say that I'm still alive and I hope you are still reading. Hopefully things will change and I can post more. I hope you are all doing well and be looking for some changes around here!

Getting Caught Up!

Where have I been? I have been so busy and just haven't really felt much like blogging! When I do get on the computer most of my time is spent on Pinterest. I know it's very addicting. I also finished reading The Hunger Games! I loved it! It started a little slow but was soo good after you got a little ways in!

Today was a little cooler weather. It made me anxious for football, soup and chili, fall scentsy scents, snuggling under the blankets on the couch, and all the other fabulous things that come with fall! As long as it doesn't get too cold!

Where Have I Been !?!

I know I've been MIA lately! This past week was VBS at our church and my Mom and I were in charge of it so I didn't get a chance to blog. I should have more blogging opportunities this week though!

Saturday my Mom and I went and got pedicures! I just love my toes!!

I have officially become addicted to Pinterest! I don't have an account I just go on there and look lol! I love it though!

And It Begins........

Well, I'm sitting here listening to the thunder and the rain and hoping that we don't have any bad storms tonight! I hate storms! There are tornado warnings popping up everywhere though! :( Hopefully it won't get too bad! Anyway, lately I have just not really felt like blogging! Just had other things to do and nothing to really talk about! Cake class is going good, we are just learning to make the different flowers so I have no pictures of big cakes to post. I went shopping with my Mom today so we could get our Easter dresses! I'm soo excited about mine! I can't wait to wear it and post pics! I just have to buy some shoes and jewlery to go with it! I also gotta find an Easter shirt for the Hubby, I mean we both gotta look good! I have done laundry since about 5 this evening. I decided to wait to fold and hang them till I had them all done! Probably not the best idea since they are now piled high on my couch and I'm on my last couple of loads! HA! Oh well, I don't know if you got much from this post! I think it's mostly crazy ramblings from me! HA! Have a great Friday guys and an even better weekend!
