Our Wedding: Getting Ready

We started getting ready bright and early that morning! First off was hair appointments then makeup and finally in the dresses!! I absolutly loved my bridesmaids hair and my hair too! I hope you enjoy the pictures!!

Our Wedding: The Rehearsal

I thought I would start from the beginning of our wedding day process! I am pretty sure we had the most unique wedding rehearsal ever!! First of all, the Friday night before the wedding was our rehearsal! That day was very crazy!! It ended up storming with a few tornados here that afternoon knocking out the electricity to our church! Which left us in the dark for our rehearsal!! So we had pizza and lemonade in a candle lit dinner haha!! Luckily everything did work out at the rehearsal and by 9:00 that night the lights finally came back on!! After the rehearsal Heath went to his bachelor party and I went home and watched Grand Torrino with my Maid of Honor! While we were watching the movie it came another storm but just as Sarah was about to leave Heath called me and said "Do not come outside whatever you do" I was like ok that is really weird! A few seconds went by and he walked in and said that a power pole had fallen and the line was on top of his truck, Sarah's car, and my brother's truck!! (I promise I'm not making this up) So I ended up having to take Sarah home and not going to bed untill 2 in the morning!! We weren't even sure if they would be able to get their vehicles for the wedding but more about that later! I know it was really crazy and I am pretty sure I will always remember this rehearsal but we did manage to get a few pictures even without the power and in the craziness!! So enjoy...

Playing Catch Up!!

Hello Everyone! I am finally back to blogging!! I have been very very busy!! The week before the wedding left me know time to blog since I was busy decorating and tying up the loose ends for the wedding!! Then we were married on Saturday and Sunday we left for Nashville, TN. We got back late Tuesday night but have been soo busy I haven't had time to blog!! The wedding was absolutly beautiful and the honeymoon was tons of fun!! I promise I will get pictures up as soon as I can!! I know you are all just dying to see them!! So keep checking because I promise they are coming!!

OHH LA LA.....

Last Friday night I was given a lingerie shower by my bridesmaids! Although I had been sick the night before with the stomach virus :( everything was fabulous and the shower was tons of fun!! I got lots of cute stuff and enjoyed playing the fun games!! We played an ice cube game where there was a ring frozen in the ice cube and you had to get the ring out without breaking the ice!! So you had to melt it!! Kali won!! They also played a game of How well do they know me! Some of them didn't know me as well as they thought!! There was a tray brought around with like 20 items on it and we had to remember all the items and write them down to win the prize!! They were soo much fun!! Thanks to all of my bridesmaids for working so hard on this GREAT shower and thanks to everyone that came for the WONDERFUL gifts!!

Wedding Shower #2!!

Sunday afternoon we were given a Couple's Shower by Heath's Mom! It was very nice and we had lots of fun! We got some great gifts which include an adorable towel that says Hensley on it and two fishing poles! We were served hamburgers and hotdogs which were grilled and a beautiful cake! The shower was beautiful and it was nice to be outside with everyone enjoying the beautiful day! So I couldn't post every single picture we took so here are a few I hope you enjoy them!
