Harder than it Looks!

We have been adding things to our house to make it more ours! So I bought a small cabinet for our bathroom with a towel bar. I thought it would be simple to put together. Instead, it was extremly complicated so the Hubby had to put it together!

Here he is concentrating on his job! HAHA!

It took him about an hour to put it together but it came out GREAT!
In it's place in the bathroom! Now I just have to find something to decorate the top shelf with!

We also got a new bed and nightstands!

Ignore the mess around, we had just gotten everything set up! I love our new bed it's so much more comfortable!

Eat, Pray, Love

This past weekend I started reading Eat, Pray, Love. I guess I didn't really know what to expect but it's not what I expected. I am really enjoying it and it's hard to put down when I start reading. It's just not a typical book I would read! I am excited to see the movie when it comes out since I'm reading the book! You should give it a try you might like it!

What is your favorite Disney character?Ummmm...... I don't have a favorite! I guess I will have to go with Mickey Mouse because I have always liked him! 6. Dream vacation spot?Tahiti! I would love to go relax there! 7. What is your dream job?Country Singer! I am working on it! 8. Who is your hero and why?I'm gonna have to say my family! I love them and they have always showed me what I should do!

I bought some of these!! I know what you are thinking! I'm 22 and it's a little inmature to be buying and wearing silly bandz! Well, I had to get them! My Sunday school kiddos told me I was not cool because I didn't have any! So I went and bought some Disney Princess ones! I'm not sure I really understand the craze but they are pretty cool! It will keep me young! HA!

Today's Top 2 Tuesday are 2 things I want to purchase!

However my list could very well be 10 pages long this is only 2 things! So I had to cut down a bit! LOL!

1. A House: I would love to buy our own house or to purchase land to begin building our own house! It would be so nice to have everything the exact way we want it! Eventually it will happen!

2. A new car: My car has been having some problems and I would LOVE to have a new car! Unfortunally that just isn't happening right now! HA! Oh well, I get that new car someday!

I'm Back and with my FIRST award!!

I've been insanely busy and haven't had anytime to blog :( So let me start with what I have been up to! I directed Vacation Bible School with my Mom this past week and had so much fun! The kids seem to really enjoy it and I'm more than glad because it was a lot of hard work! The weekend wasn't very eventful since I had been so busy I needed to relax some! So I am apparently over my week of bible school because I am ready to blog!

I have been watching quite a bit of shows lately! I LOVE summer TV! What are some shows you like? I will list mine!

1. ArmyWives- it really makes you think about the armed services!

2. Drop Dead Diva- It's just HILLARIOUS!

3. The Bachelorette- I have no clue who I want Aly to pick!

4. America's Got Talent- I just love to see the different acts!

5. The Hill's- So sad it was the last episode this week!

6. The City- Not really my favorite but I have to watch!

7. Big Brother- Who is the Sabatuer?

8. Minute to Win it- I just love watching the people do crazy things!

9. Make it or Break it- Yes I realize it's a teenage show! HA!

Our Weekend :)

This weekend has been a very long one but it was fun! Friday was the Hubby's 26th birthday!

I made him this cheesecake! (pretty good for the first pie I ever made)!

After we ate a little cheesecake we went out to dinner with some friends to a local mexican resturant, Los 3 Portrillos! It was nice to enjoy some time with friends! They even sang to him at the resturant!

Saturday, I worked at my Mom and Dad's fireworks stand so didn't do anything that night! The Hubby went out with the guys though!

Fourth of July, I spent working at the fireworks stand but, the Hubby shot off some fireworks for us and I was so glad to spend time with my brother since he isn't home very often!

All in all it was a pretty good weekend! Heath had two days off and I didn't get to spend much time with him :( My Mom and I are doing our church's vbs this year so we have been busy doing that this week, which is why my weekend post is late and I missed Top 2 Tuesday :( It's a lot of fun though and will be worth it! Things will slow down soon though, at least I hope!
