CHRiSTMAS RECAP AND THE NEW YEAR!

Wow, we have been busy! I feel like we haven't relaxed in weeks but it's all been worth it! I wanted to get my Christmas recap in before New Year's so I made time to blog so here it goes.

Christmas Eve
Instead of waking up to snow and a beautiful white Christmas we woke up to this!
Yes, this is the road we have to use to get to the main road and it was flooded everywhere! I was soo scared driving through it I was glad it was mainly gone by the time we got back!

We headed to Heath's Grandparents house that afternoon for Christmas Eve lunch. It was nice to see everyone and get to visit with everyone! After lunch we headed over to his parents for Christmas! We opened presents and played a really fun game! I even won one game. It was a really fun time!

Christmas Day
Christmas morning we woke up and headed to my parents house for Christmas! We had Christmas breakfast and then opened our gifts.

Holli didn't get her snuggie they didn't have her size, but she did get an adorable sweater from her cousin Thumper!
After Christmas with my parents we headed to do Christmas with my Great Aunt's and Uncle's. We ate Christmas lunch and played dirty santa!
Then we had about a two hour break before we had to be at my Aunt and Uncle's house to do Christmas. We draw names and buy gifts for each other! We ate Christmas dinner there and then exchanged gifts.
Me and Mya!

After that we headed back to my parents house to play a game.
Holli fell asleep she was give out from a busy day!

After we finished the game we finally made our way back home! It was a good Christmas and I'm glad we got to spend it with our family!

NEW YEAR

I am sad to see this year go! We have had lot's of great things happen this year. Number one being getting married. As much as I hate to see this year go I am excited about seeing what happens in the New Year! I am not making any resolutions this year, because I'm just not one for making resolutions! I just don't really see the point and half the time no one sticks to them anyway! I hope you all have a great New Year and if you are making resolutions I hope you stick to them!

Stopping by from SITS!

Yay for no resolutions! People rarely keep them anyway. My only "pledge" is to live a life I'm proud of.

I love that you wanted your pup to get a snuggy... I wanted to get one for myself, but my hubby convinced me it was too dorky!
